Are your products natural?
Yes! The ingredients we use at Aiovak Hair Care are always either natural or organic. Please note that some ingredients may be derived from soy or nuts.
If I am pregnant, am I still able to use these product?
Although our products are natural and/or organic, we encourage you to consult your primary care physician prior to use. We've listed the key ingredients to each product in it's description. Feel free to contact us using the link above if you have allergy concerns.
How should I store my products?
To help with potency we've packaged our products in black jars and/or bottles. Upon receipt, hair masks should be refrigerated. Hair oils and leave-in conditioners should be stored in a cool, dry place. If you are unable to store the LIC in a cool dry place, refrigerate. Leave in conditioners and hair masks should not be exposed to heat.
What are your Shipping Policy and Procedures?
To ensure that you receive high quality products, all items are made at the time of order. Because of this, it could take 7-9 business days to ship. Once shipped, domestic orders within the United States could take 1-3 business days to arrive; international orders, longer. If we are provided with the incorrect address at the time of shipping you will be responsible for the second shipping fee.
What are your Return and Exchange Policies?
Items damaged in shipping due to mishandling via the post office and defective items are the only items eligible for return. For a full refund or exchange immediate photo proof is required. Items purchased at a discounted/accessories price are not eligible. FINAL SALE products are not eligible for refund/return. Please allow 48 hours to process your return once it is received.
